The Internal Code has the objective of managing the internal information process with respect to trading in the group's shares by "insiders". Insiders include directors of the board, statutory auditors, and managing directors of Greenvision ambiente, as well as any other person having access, as a result of their role within the company or company subsidiary, to information or facts that could lead to significant changes in the economic and financial prospects of the company, and which, if disclosed, could have a material impact on the company's share price.

The company has identified insiders as follows:

• the directors of the board and the statutory auditors;
• the managers of the company;
• the managing directors and/or general managers of company subsidiaries with revenues in excess of 20% of total consolidated revenues.
